Not even the Skates are important alos the lessons!


In a moment of madness Sam and I decided to buy skates for Christmas. Whilst wobbling around Hyde Park o­ne morning we ran into Mark Davies, we booked a lesson and haven’t stopped skating since. This is thanks to Mark for helping us with supreme patience, knowledge of his subject and a practical approach to safe skating, cos hey it’s not just for the park is it.
Marks demonstrations and coaching tips are clear and easy to follow which therefore make it very easy to learn, not to mention the fact that it was really good fun. He now asks what we would like to learn next which is great cos it means that we get the most from our lessons and move at a pace that’s comfortable for us. He has a great passion for what he teaches and his enthusiasm is infectious, we couldn’t help but to get hooked.

It’s nice to know that not o­nly have we learnt to skate with a great instructor but we have also made a very good friend.
